Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit Time: 6–8 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days
Daily Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM GMT (London Time)
Shipping Fee: FREE Shipping on all orders!

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT will be processed the next business day.


📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing:
A tracking number
A tracking link to monitor your shipment
If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us at support@grillminator.com  and we will assist you immediately.

You will receive a full refund
We will offer the option to re-order at the correct price, if available
